This site moved entirely to OCI!

For this lift & shift, I have been preparing for the last two months. Frankly, I had envisioned it a long time ago, but it has taken a lot of time to plan it and then executed it. The first and the biggest challenge was to automate most of the tasks. The fact of preparing micro deployment code for WordPress deployment in OCI helped a lot. Huge kudos to Jeevan! When the WordPress engine was settled then I have faced the challenges of moving its configuration such as posts, pages, LearnPress users, and orders. Believe me, it was not so easy and frankly, I have to do many things manually. I have also changed my DNS registrar to GoDaddy.com. Then I was able to use the procedure for using the OCI DNS zone documented here. Of course for using HTTPS protocol I have to buy an SSL certificate and nest it in Apache config. And finally, I have done it! All is now in OCI.
