OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes (aka OCI OKE) with Autoscaler

In this lesson I would like to explain how Autoscaler could be enabled inside OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes also known as OKE. After OKE deployment I will continue and I will deploy dozens of nginx pods and replicas. Our expectation is that Kubernetes will adapt to growing load and scale up the number of worker nodes.
